Jarring
Once the honey has been extracted and settled in food-grade buckets, it is carefully poured into jars ready for sale. Jarring is done slowly and carefully to maintain the honey’s natural texture, clarity and flavour while ensuring every jar is filled consistently.
Each batch is handled with minimal processing to preserve the unique characteristics created by the bees and the native floral sources they forage from across Western Australia. The honey is then sealed, labelled and prepared for customers to enjoy.
From the hive to the bucket and finally into the jar, every step is carried out with care to ensure the honey remains as natural, pure and authentic as possible.
