Jarrah

The jarrah forest is a defining feature of Western Australia’s south-west, shaped by ancient soils, seasonal fire, and time. Dominated by the jarrah tree (Eucalyptus marginata), these forests are known for their dark, deeply furrowed bark and strong, durable timber, as well as their remarkable ability to adapt to a changing environment.
